Payments Related

How do I make my payment?

You have multiple options to make your payment i.e. internet banking, wallets. We accept all types of credit and debit cards. 

Are there any hidden charges(any tax) when I make a payment?

No, there are no hidden charges. Once the payment is made it is full and final. Also there are shipping charges on orders less than 499 which gets included in your final payment.

What there is no Cash on Delivery?

Post pandemic, we have gone totally cashless for keeping you and your family members safe. We appreciate our customer's cooperation in the matter.

Which credit/debit cards are accepted?

We accept all kinds of credit/debit card. After entering your details you will be redirected to your bank’s secure page for entering your secure password provided by your bank.

What is a Secure password?

The secure passwords are generated by you and it is known only to you. It has been done in order to ensure an additional security when you make an online payment.

Can I use internet banking method to make my payment?

Yes, off course you can use it. It safely enables you to directly transfer your funds from your bank account. There is no risk involved, we ensure to make it a secure payment method.

Returns & Replacements

What should I do to return or replace an order?

If you want to return or replace an item then contact us at our customer support via email or phone.

If I want to return or replace an item, what should I check for?

Please check that there is no physical damage in the product as we do not cover physical and water damages in the warranty. 

Please check that you have a valid invoice for the product. Soft or hard copy, both are valid and acceptable to us.

What should I do when I did not receive my order??

Tracking details of your order are sent to you after dispatch. You can track you orders with details provided to you. If you are not satisfied with the tracking, please contact our customer support, they will be happy to help you.

What is the procedure after replacement has been placed?

If a replacement has been requested then we’ll send you an email explaining the complete process and providing the other details. It will be initiated after we receive the original item from you. If you don’t get the replacement then contact our customer care team, they will willingly help you.

When are returns not acceptable?

1. Returns are acceptable within 7 days of the delivery. Delivering the product        to our warehouse will be at customer's cost.

2. Product must not be damaged or broken. Product should not be installed or      used.

3. All items delivered inside the package should be returned. 

Cancellations

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order anytime before delivery. Your refund process will be initiated after we receive the original product from the courier.

How long will it take to complete the Cancellation Request?

It would take 1-2 working days to cancel the order and you will be notified by a call or an e-mail regarding the cancellation. If the item has already been dispatched then it would take around 7 working days for the cancellation and refund process to complete.

Product Reviews and guidelines

When will i review a product?

You will receive timely e-mails from iVoltaa.com where you can give reviews of a product.

What you can include in a product review?

You can share your personal experience of how you have used this product or how it is benefitting you. You can also mention what do like about the product-its color, quality, shape, design or any other feature. One can also mention what can be done to make any product better or what other things can be done for a better user experience.

Note: Giving suggestions to improve a product does not include use of unethical language or writing something bad about a product. It’s only a kind gesture to let us know what a customer want apart from what we provide.

Product reviews are done so that other customers may know the pros and cons of a product so one should be informative. Apart from this it helps us to serve you better.

What’s not allowed?

Irrelevant reviews- reviews consisting of random characters, random words, repeated words or review on a different product; service feedback, any type of payment related query; pricing related comments, personal information, promotional comments, Copyrighted comments, reviews by authors, artists, publishers, manufacturers without disclosure, unethical language, use of other language apart from English, asking for votes; pornography content.

Comments that would be inappropriate would be deleted without any prior notice.

Shipping

What are the delivery charges?

The Shipping Charges for Prepaid Orders are free while the Cash on Delivery charges for orders below Rs.3000 are Rs.50 and above Rs. 3000 are Rs.100. The cash on delivery charges on your order will be informed before your order is being placed at iVoltaa.com. If it's via web or mobile, the shipping charge would reflect on the shopping cart / payment page.

Why does the delivery date does not match with the delivery timeline?

We make our best efforts to ensure that each item in your order is shipped out by the seller within 2-3 working days of the order date. However in some cases, it may take longer, up to 5 or more working days, to ship the order as the product may have to be procured by the seller where there is a heavy demand. Also, order is processed on all weekdays including Saturdays except for Sundays and major holidays. ALL ORDERS RECEIVED ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY WILL BEGIN PROCESSING THE FOLLOWING MONDAY.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Orders may take up to 1-2 full business days to be processed, picked and packed before it is shipped. PLEASE ALLOW 7 TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR ORDER TO ARRIVE. Orders placed during a sale may take a little more time to process in our warehouse due to high volume. We will try our best to get your goodies to you as soon as possible.

Why does the estimated delivery time vary for different items?

Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location, your shipping destination and the courier partner's time-to-deliver in your location.

What are you supposed to do if you haven’t received the invoice?

All items will be shipped with an invoice of the seller. In case, inadvertently, the same is not received, you can register a complaint HERE mentioning your order reference number.

How to track your order?

A shipping confirmation with your tracking id will be sent to you after the product has been dispatched. You can use that tracking id to track your order by going on our website and clicking on “track your order’. This will tell you the approximate delivery time of your order that you have placed.

What are the payment methods?

The payment options that are available are cash on delivery and prepaid service. Please see that we don’t accept COD services for all pin codes. So for them we have made an option of prepaid services. To check whether your pin code is valid or invalid, while placing order on our website (after adding your product to cart) below there is an option 'Check Cash On Delivery Availability' where you can enter your pin code and confirm whether it is valid or not.

What if the item is damaged or you want a replacement?

If an item arrives visibly damaged please contact us HERE with your order id and images of the product. Replacement will be done immediately.
