Returns & Replacements
1. What is the procedure if I wish to request for a return/replacement?
- Please notify www.ivoltaa.com within the given timeline. For a speedy return/replacement process kindly click here. If you are unable to get in touch with www.ivoltaa.com, then we shall not be liable for the failure to replace the order.
- If our Customer Support Team determines that your problem qualifies under warranty coverage, www.ivoltaa.com will arrange the reverse pick up for the product that is under Return Policy Timeline. Do note that an amount of Rs. 150 will be charged from you in case of reverse pick up.
- You can also self-ship product where reverse pick up may not be applicable. Dispatch the product within 48 hours after return request is raised. An amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed towards the self-shipment cost from your end in the form of a coupon code.
- Returned products are to be packed in the original packing.
Note: For all self-shipped returns, please ensure product is packed properly and a reliable courier service is used.
2. What to do if I do not receive my order?
If the customer does not receive his/her order then he/she can call us on +91-8750250000 or send us an e-mail on support@ivoltaa.com. Our support team will revert to you within 48 hours.
3. What are the conditions for Replacements for different categories of products?
Mobile cases:
- Fitting issue (Have to provide the dimensions of the product and your phone through images/video)
- Different print received
- Damaged product received.
Wireless Speakers:
- Damaged at the time of delivery
- Not switching on
- Features not working
- Not able to sync with any smartphone
4. What is the procedure after I have asked for a return/replacement?
- If you do not get the return/replacement product within 7-10 business days then you can contact our support team. They will be happy to assist you
- We arrange reverse pick up for certain products.
- In case you change your mind and wish to keep the item, then cancel the return/replacement request. If the item has already been dispatched then you can reject the replacement order at the time of delivery.
5. When are returns not acceptable?
- We will not be able to accept any returns after 5-7 days depending upon the category from the date of delivery.
- We do not accept returns when the product is damaged or broken. Product should not be used.
- All the products delivered in our "package" must be returned. Anything missing from the "package" will not be accepted.
6. What is the eligibility for refund?
A product is eligible for refund, if it fulfills this condition:
- Received different product from what was ordered
Refund will not be offered under these conditions:
- Received incomplete order
- Product is damaged by you
- Wrong Order placed by you
- Did not like the product
- After reverse pickup, www.ivoltaa.com receives product in damaged condition
7. CANCELLATIONS
1. How do I cancel my order?
- To cancel your order, send us an e-mail on support@ivoltaa.com or call us on +91-8750250000 within working hours*.
- We will be able to cancel your order only if the shipment has not been dispatched from our end.
8. Business/Bulk Order Policy
- www.ivoltaa.com reserves the right to limit quantities of products to provide a wide selection at great prices
- You will be notified of change in product price prior to processing
- You have to make 50% payment in advance
- For bulk order, minimum quantity is 20
- In case of any issue with the product after delivery, www.ivoltaa.com has to be notified within 48 hours of the delivery. If you are unable to do so, www.ivoltaa.com shall not be liable for the failure to replace the order
Warranty does not cover following points:
- Product has been subjected to unauthorized tampering, modification or repairs.
- Product has suffered physical damage on the account of abuse, neglect, or improper use, handling, storage, installation, or testing, including any use that is not in accordance with the product manual, documentation, or other instructions provided along with the product.
- Product has suffered water logging or any other damage due to heat, humidity or moisture doing operations.
- Product has suffered any misconduct.
- Returns or replacements of parts and/or products may be subject to shipping, handling, replacement and/or restocking fees.
